At first Danuta and Jan just told us to rest and eat today but we were very happy that they eventually some opportunities arose for us to help out a bit. I went to town with them to get groceries. I got to carry a 10 kg box of figs back for making jam. Yummy!!
They took me to a carpet shop full of beautiful hand made carpets. Out of curiosity we asked the price of the one shown in the picture: US$ 1200!
