Continued up the valley towards the Macedonian border. Stopped at a cafe along the way to say hello to Miri, whose family runs the cafe. James met him on his last trip in Albania.

In Albania many people have car washes, lavazh, set up infront of their house. The stretch of road leading to the border was lined with them, one after the other, almost as numerous as the Mercedes-Benz on the road.
The border was on top of a steep hill climb which offered a rewarding view of the valley we had come up and also lake Ohrid on the other side. Yay Ohrid here we come. Bye Albania, we had a great time! Hope to see you again some day.
