We left our nice vacation home early in the morning to give ourselves enough time for the ride into Trieste, get our bikes tuned at a shop there and hop over the hill into Slovenia to this nights accomodation.
Trieste had some beautiful older buildings and numerous streets inviting for a stroll. We did a bit of looking around but the bikeshop visit was priority. Met another touring couple from Carbondale, Colorado, of all places. We were there last summer! Happy travels you two!!
