Nice sunny day. Lots of coal fire smoke around Osh but the air quality improved rapidly as we gained elevation towards Chyiyrchyk pass (2389). On the other side of the pass we stopped on Gulcho and after riding up and down various streets we found the house of that cool family who had hosted James two years ago. They recognized him right away and made us feel so welcome
We had a very fun evening with them. The kids are all so smart and the daughter spoke quite good English.
