It was a nice ride to Pahrump, the road was great and the
wind mostly in our favour. The landscape was still typical southern Nevada,
arid and rocky but very beautiful.
Today’s destination was a small farm whose owner hosts
Help-Exchange workers and touring cyclists. Donna made us feel very welcome and
took the time to show us around the place even though she was so tired after a
long days work. She said we can stay as long as we want and when we offered to
help out on the farm she was more than happy and so was I. We were shown to her
trailer which was to be our accommodation during our stay. Very cozy.
